DESCRIPTION:
ELSEAL500 is a water white clear acrylic urethane high build sealer for mass production under all Envirolak topcoats. It prevents fiber raise and sands exceptionally well with excellent clarity. It has the properties of an Isolator that sticks to almost everything and everything sticks to it. It is very easy to spray without reduction, has exceptional block resistance in as little as 2 hours in simple air dry conditions and in minutes when using heat to speed up the drying process. This coating is suitable for tough environments like kitchens and baths when used as a 1K product and can also be catalyzed with CAT100-LV hardener (6 hr pot life) to improve adhesion and chemical resistance or crosslinked with CAT150 crosslinker to improve chemical resistance. It passes KCMA requirements when used in conjunction with Envirolak topcoats.

This product is designed for interior wood finishing applications such as cabinetry, furniture and millwork
