Envirostain Wiping Stain Extender
DESCRIPTION:
ELSE is a very slow evaporating reducer designed for use with Envirostain products.
USES:
ELSE can be added our ELSWB104 Wiping Stain Base or ELSSB100 Spray Stain Base (or stains made from ELBWS/ELBSS binders) to extend “open time” and improve wiping characteristics. It is helpful to improve working times, wipeability and lap lines when staining large pieces or in very hot/dry conditions. It will also eliminate black dots typically found with water based stains on cherry and maple. In spray stains it will help the stain enter the pores of the wood, helping to enhance grain.

RECOMMENDED APPLICATION:
For use in Envirostain products to slow the dry time and improve wiping in a stain. For large pieces, start at 2% and go up to 5% if needed, more can be used, but dry times will be extended when using this product.

Please follow all normal recommended application instructions from the associated product you are using ELSE in. Note that dry times will be longer depending on how much you added, for every 5% added, double the projected dry time. These products are designed for industrial use only. Please refer to the Safety Data Sheet prior to use

STORAGE
Store in a tightly closed container at room temperature (18-25°C/64-75°F) and protect from direct sunlight and foreign material.
