510 Series
The 510 series is the perfect solution for dark colors over any base coat or previously finished surfaces. This product provides exceptional one coat coverage with minimum tint loads (5-6%). The waxy hand feel and marr resistance as a 1K are impressive! It has excellent vertical hang, dries fast and tight when sprayed flat or vertical, it can be force dried with no flash off 1k or with Crosslinker for high production and can also be used as a 2K with ISO hardener. It is super easy to spray with any sprayer including AAA, Airless, Gravity cup guns and HVLP Turbines and can also be brushed and rolled. You will fall in love with this product!

ELNYC900 00 Raw is a clear urethane topcoat that can be used to achieve the look of raw, unfinished wood, while adding the protection of a high quality wood finish. 900 series can also be tinted to any dark colour for the ultimate 0.5-2 sheen solid dark colour system with self healing anti scratch and non marring properties.
500 Envirocryl Crystal Clear Sealer
ELSEAL500 sealer is an acrylic urethane high build water white clear sealer for use under Envirolak topcoats. The product provides excellent clarity and is easy to sand after 1 hour. It can be used 1K or can be catalyzed with CAT100-LV hardener (4-6hr pot life) for improved adhesion and chemical resistance making it suitable for use as a toner over old solvent-based finishes. Used in conjunction with Envirolak water-based topcoats will meet KCMA standards.

Envirocryl 500 Clear Topcoat ELAC500XX
ELAC500XX series is a water white clear acrylic urethane topcoat that is easy to spray at at low pressures, is fast drying and offers excellent clarity, waxy feel, early block resistance and excellent sanding making it a great self-seal product. This coating is suitable for tough environments like kitchens and baths when used as a 1K product and can also be catalyzed with CAT100-LV hardener (4-6hr pot life) to improve adhesion, vertical flow, chemical and mar resistance or crosslinked with CAT150 crosslinker to improve vertical flow, chemical and mar resistance. This product is not intended to be tinted (use 510XX).
This product is designed as a clearcoat for interior wood finishing applications such as cabinetry, tables, furniture and millwork.

Envirocryl 510XX Dark Tint Base Topcoat
ELAN510XX series is an acrylic urethane deep tint base topcoat that is easy to spray at low pressures, is fast drying and offers a waxy feel and early block resistance in an economical package. This product can be tinted to any dark colour, has high build for great hiding with one coat coverage of 320 grit sanding scratches or previously painted surfaces. It is suitable for tough environments like kitchens and baths when used as a 1K product and can also be catalyzed with CAT100LV hardener (4-6hr pot life) to improve adhesion, vertical flow, chemical and mar resistance or crosslinked with CAT150 crosslinker to improve vertical flow, chemical and marr resistance. This product also has excellent levelling and anti-sag properties for vertical applications. 510 series can be applied over T9000 primer when used as a 1K in 1-2 hours in simple air dry conditions.
This product is designed as a dark tint base topcoat for interior wood finishing applications such as cabinetry, furniture and millwork.

Envirocryl 400 White Topcoat ELACW400XX
ELACW400XX series is a white acrylic topcoat that is easy to spray at low pressures, is fast drying and offers good feel and early block resistance in an economical package. This product can be tinted to any off white or pastel colour, has high build and is suitable for tough environments like kitchens and baths when used as a 1K product and can also be crosslinked with CAT150 crosslinker to improve vertical flow, chemical and mar resistance. This product also has excellent levelling and anti- sag properties for vertical applications and helps prevent bridging. 400 series can be applied over T9000 primer when used as a 1K in 1-2 hours in simple air dry conditions.

ENVIROTHANE 900 RAW CLEAR NATURAL EFFECT 0 SHEEN
ELNYC900 00 Raw is a clear urethane topcoat that can be used to achieve the look of raw, unfinished wood, while adding the protection of a high quality wood finish. The product is easy to spray through all types of spray equipment and is capable of achieving gloss values less than 1 when applied to wood substrates. Despite beingan “ultra-low” sheen product the 900 00 Raw offers outstanding mar resistance and doesn’t “wet” (darken) the wood substrate, leaving a very natural looking finish. For best performance on cabinetry or furniture it is recommended to add 2-3% CAT150 Crosslinker (no wood wetting) Adding CAT100-LV Hardener at 3-10% will add some wood wetting and increase clarity for use over stains when muting the wood is not desired, 10% addition will increase the gloss to 2 sheen). ELNYC900 00 can also be tinted to any dark colour for the ultimate 0.5-2 sheen solid dark colour system with self healing anti scratch and non marring properties. For decorative applications such as ceiling panels ELNYC900 00 can be used as a one component finish.

Envirocure 700 Clear UV Topcoat
ELUV700 XX – Envirocure 700 Clear Water Based UV Topcoat
EnviroCure 700 is an easy to apply waterborne UV cured clearcoat for use in industrial settings. The product air dries very quickly and can be used with conventional air or IR ovens with minimal flash times. Once the finish is cured under UV lights it is incredibly durable, scratch resistant, stain and chemical resistant and is ready to be packed and shipped immediately.

ELSE Envirostain Wiping Stain Extender
ELSE is a very slow evaporating reducer designed for use with Envirostain products and can be added to our ELSWB104 Wiping Stain Base or ELSSB100 Spray Stain Base (or stains made from ELBWS/ELBSS binders) to extend “open time” and improve wiping characteristics. It is helpful to improve working times, wipeability and lap lines when staining large pieces or in very hot/dry conditions. It will also eliminate black dots typically found with water based stains on cherry and maple. In spray stains it will help the stain enter the pores of the wood, helping to enhance grain.
T9000BT Black Pigment
T9000BT is a black pigment that can be added to T9000 at up to 5% to make dark grey primer for dark colour systems.

Envirothane 800 White Topcoat ELNYW 800XX
Envirolak ELNYW 800XX is an opaque 1K white top coat that looks and feels outstanding and offers excellent stain resistance and anti-burnishing properties. It is very easy to spray and drys fast with exceptional coverage and high build. The 800 series meets KCMA standards and is suitable for tough environments like kitchens and bathrooms. It offers excellent levelling and anti-sag properties for vertical applications, excellent adhesion to most substrates and can be applied over our PRT9000 primer in 1-2 hours in simple air dry conditions.

ELPRT9000 Envirocryl T9000 Stain Blocking & Bonding White Primer
ELPRT9000 is designed to be used over existing finishes in order to achieve a smooth white basecoat for refinish applications. PRT9000 offers industry leading stain, dye and tannin blocking in an easy to use, one-component water based primer. ELPRT9000 has excellent adhesion to a variety of existing coatings (solvent or water based) as well as veneers, solid wood or MDF.
USES
This product is designed for interior wood finishing applications such as cabinetry, tables, furniture and millwork. This product blocks tannin, stains and dye migration in one coat in most cases. For stubborn bleeding a second coat may be required.

TANNIN BLOCKING PRIMER
Building on the success of our outstanding high solids primer, Envirolak is proud to add tannin blocking functionality without compromising the high fill, quick dry and excellent sanding you’ve come to love. ELPR170-TB incorporates the tanning blocking additive directly into our Envirothane 170 High Solids Primer or it can be purchased as an additive, ELADD 004, and added on-site as needed for small or custom jobs.
MAKE CLEAN UP A BREEZE WITH ENVIROKLEAN ALL-PURPOSE WB CLEANER
When water based coatings are still wet, they’re simple and easy to clean with just water, but once our urethane resins cure to a hard finish they can be difficult to remove, even with aggressive solvents like alcohols or lacquer thinner.
Our cleaner, ELRX110, was designed with industrial cleaning in mind, with the power to cut through most finishes (water based or solvent!) this product works perfectly as a belt cleaner for spray machines or to flush and clean dirty spray equipment.
